Confirming the news of trouble in paradise, Anurag Kashyap made an official announcement of a separation with wife Kalki Koechlin. However, the couple, who have been married for two years, made it clear that it is just a separation and not a divorce that they are going through.



Indian Express quoted the couple's statement as, "Me and Kalki are separating, we are taking time off from each other to figure things out. We are not divorcing. We request the media to please respect our privacy and give us our space and not speculate. Thank you, Kalki and Anurag."
